Julie was quick to response and very helpful and professional from the beginning.
She always pays close attention to details. You can tell she really enjoys what she does and works hard to make everything go smoothly. We've mostly used her services for help with our dogs while we were out of town, and she has always kept us informed of how the dogs were doing and sent photo updates. She offers to turn house lights off/on and check mail, which is a very nice bonus when leaving your home unattended. Her services are very reasonably priced, especially when your pets are able to stay at home where they feel most comfortable and the most safe. Julie is our first choice for pet care! ❤️

Julie Ross is an amazing pet sitter. . She watches my 3 Maine Coon kitties whenever we are away. She loves them like they are her own. She is so caring and goes above and beyond. She texts each visit and sends photos of how my kitties are. She has even given medications with ease. She also takes care of any other tasks like mail, packages, garbage cans, lights…etc. I am always more relaxed knowing my fur-babies are being cared for by her. I have recommended her to my neighbors and they love her as well. She is dedicated to all her clients. She is a true animal lover and a beautiful person. If I could rate 100 stars I would. Julie is awesome! She always goes above & beyond in taking great care of our girls! She keeps in touch with text messages and cute pictures while we're away. She has even played doggie nurse to one of our pups while we were on vacation once. We feel very comfortable leaving our girls in her care

Julie has been awesome! So much of my time over the last 10 months has been absorbed with school and it is such a relief to know that my two boys are taken care of when I'm gone. She has also been great at just being another pair of eyes and has alerted me to any concerns that she has noticed with my dogs, which I may not have seen having been gone several hours of the day, or just around the neighborhood etc... I will continue to use Julie's services for as long as I'm here....wish I could take her with me when I move in! I highly recommend Pet Sitting By Julie!!

I travel a lot and always want to leave my animals in the best of care while I'm gone. Julie definitely lives up to that expectation! While I'm gone, I get text message updates and pictures of my dogs & cat. When I return home, the animals seem very happy and content, and the house is always taken care of.
